Shipping policy

Our Shipping Process

• Coast & Compass products are shipped from New South Wales, Australia.

• Travel posters are professionally printed to order by our Australian print partner and shipped directly to customers using protective packaging designed specifically for artwork to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

• Tea towels and tote bags are dispatched directly by Coast & Compass from the NSW Central Coast. They are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition while minimising unnecessary packaging waste.

• Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days. 

• Orders are shipped using Australia Post and other reputable courier services where appropriate based on relevant drop shipping services offered by our suppliers.

• Tracking information will be provided via email once an order has been dispatched. 

• Insurance may be included on selected shipments through the carrier's standard coverage. Customers should inspect deliveries upon arrival and notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged.
