Our Shipping Process

Coast & Compass works with a small number of Australian production partners. Everything is made to order, so how your order ships depends on what's in it.

Travel Posters & Poster Art
Printed to order by our Central Coast print partner and shipped directly to you, in protective packaging designed specifically for artwork. Please allow up to 5 business days for your print to be produced and dispatched.

Everyday Collection Tote Bags
Printed to order by our Australian print partner and shipped directly to you. Please allow up to 4 business days for your tote to be produced and dispatched.

Orders containing both
Posters and tote bags are made by different partners, so they're posted separately and will arrive in more than one parcel — often on different days.

Delivery
Orders are sent via Australia Post or a reputable courier, depending on the item. Tracking is emailed once each parcel is dispatched. Delivery timeframes vary by destination, and regional and remote areas may take longer.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival and contact us immediately if anything has been damaged in transit.

We ship within Australia only. We don't currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
